Application Specialist
If you are a graduate looking
for your first role in Enterprise Mobility IT then this could be
for you!
A full time role for an
enthusiastic IT based position within a very quickly expanding
Mobile IT company working within the Enterprise Mobility sector.
You will need a broad understanding and knowledge of IT
technologies, including mobile devices networks,
IT system architecture
and solution programming. Activities
will include handling customer enquiries, support, and in person
consultations.
Primary Duties including; providing email and telephone support
for customers, managing customer enquiries on a number of
products, hardware configuration and maintenance, solution
testing, customer requirements/development consultations,
software development, and on-site installations application
development support and training.
Essential Experience Required
·
Common sense with an ability to understand consequences
·
Ability to prioritise and self manage tasks and time
·
Take responsibility and strong attention to detail
·
Good command of the English language
·
Broad understanding and interest in IT mobility technologies
·
Some experience within IT
·
Some .NET coding understanding/experience
·
A working knowledge of MS project and Office
·
Previously worked in a team to deadlines
Desirable Experience
·
Experience with Windows Mobile devices and solutions
·
.NET programming
·
SQL Server
·
Project experience
·
Customer Support/Service desk
This position would suit someone from an IT background,
educated to at least A level preferably to degree level with
industry certification. Candidates
will have outstanding communication and telephone skills and
proven experience of working within a pressurized work
environment. Full training with be given across our
product portfolio. Further opportunity exists to specialise in
areas where you develop specific skills.
A driver’s license is essential.

This role is to perform an inside sales function across our product
portfolio. Responding to
inbound enquiries and making outbound calls that support our
sales activities
Based at our current
rustic location near Droitwich Spa this is a work setting where
you are unlikely to find two days the same. Be under no
illusions this is not a corporate environment and you will be
expected to perform as necessary to achieve desired results.
