Fixed Penalty Notice - Ensuring on
street compliance with FPN legislation is a key
responsibility for local authorities. Our application
has an easy to use on screen interface to allow the
rapid capture of perpetrator details and full details of
the type of Infringement. Where used with portable
computers with in built cameras photographic evidence
can be gathered that becomes part of the electronic
record. Database look ups can also assist officers. A
portable printer allows an FPN notice to be issued on
the spot whilst a copy can be archived on the server.
This application has been designed to ensure accurate
evidence capture throughout for cases where court
proceedings are undertaken.

Environmental Compliance - This
application incorporates a full parking compliance
system with advanced communications hand held ANPR and
location based service elements. In addition it includes
Fixed Penalty Notice Environmental and EnviroCrime
modules to allow the further rationalisation of field
based staff.

Refuse Handling (Right) – Provides
refuse workers the ability to record the GPS location of refuse bins
and cross reference with an address targeting bins that
are in compliance with are not acceptable. The
application allows the operator to record bins are overfilled
contain mixed waste or are damaged and need replacing.

Asset Tracking (left) –
This allows user to handle stock/equipment in i.e.
stores/airports/building/fire brigade sites etc. Assets can be
transferred between sites, user can pick assets from
stock, and view asset photo and details on screen to aid
easy identification. Definable
updates are then sent out to all users to keep user up
to date.

Data Collection Surveys - Surveys
can easily be created very quickly and deployed to a
device. These can range from meter reading to utility
provider surveys. The returned results can then be
output in a number of formats to a backend system, to a
web service, email, print, create a PDF, or output as a
CSV document.

Housing building
inspection (right) – As well as expected inputs for building
details, such as address, year built, owner’s details
etc it also provides options to enter problems if any
with stair wells, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, lift
access to name a few. In built logic then calculates the
pass or fail rate of the inspection and produces a
report. An onsite print out using a mobile printer
leaves the resident with a receipt. Data can also be
formatted in a backend system as well as emailing a PDF
copy for the customer as proof of inspection.

Risk Assessment - Similar to many inspections, site and inspector details
are captured. Using various data capture forms and logic
figures can be calculated to determine what risk level
the site come out at. Assessment details are updated on
a backend system.

Road Defect Monitoring
– With built in user login, capture the
location using GPS co-ordinates
and/or address with date and time stamp, capture the
defect type fro example pothole or crack in road scale of
the problem additional notes urgency level photos and
signatures. These details can then be updated into your
backend system and/or configured to send out
a maintenance job to field workers. This application
could easily be updated to capture Points of Interest, POI's along a route.
