The G3070 and G3090 are Snap On GPS receivers for use with the Motorola MC70 and MC9000 family of rugged mobile computers. 

The unit attaches to the bottom of the Motorola devices and requires no external connections.

The receiver is built on the SIRFstarIII chip set architecture and outputs GPS information as industry standard NMEA sentences which are compatible with most GPS software applications.

The G3070 and G3090 are cost effective GPS enhancements to new or legacy deployments on the MC70 and MC9000 platforms.  The unit is ideal where the user is predominantly on foot and not looking to return the unit to a vehicle cradle. The computer can be charged through the attachment with a standard dock charger.
